About US
My father started our company in 1993 with a vision to serve the community’s plumbing needs, and has for over 19 years. I would work weekends and summers from the age of 13. While in college I worked summers inspecting jobs in progress for quality control and estimating future jobs. Once my brother and I finished school we joined the family company and expanded to provide more services to the community. In 2004 I purchased the company and have been operating as president since. After a 3 year battle with cancer our father passed away in July of 2009. Our company continues on serving the community with plumbing services.
We pride ourselves in our outstanding quality, excellent communication, and fair pricing. Our technicians have been with us for over 13 years on average, and we strive to make this the best job they have ever had. Operating as a team to best serve our customers, and going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. I have obtained my master plumbers license, backflow certification, 2 PSI gas certification, Rheem certified technical training, Noritz certified technical training, Trac-pipe certification, and have attended hours of code review classes. Due to continuing education, safety training, and meetings we have the best trained plumbers in the industry. We often receive compliments on our technicians and staff. We have developed a customer base of over 55,000 homes and business serviced in the Baltimore Metro area. We lead the competition with our pre-employment practices.
Our employees drive take-home work vehicles with GPS systems and computer dispatching systems. You probably see our vehicles throughout the Baltimore Metro area as we have men living in Belair, Edgewood, Joppa, White Marsh, Arbutus, Baltimore City, Glen Burnie, and Westminster. With the vehicles fully stocked we can often dispatch our men directly from their home to work around your work schedule. We call our customers every morning to let them know what time to expect us and then again when on our way to their homes. Every truck has drop clothes to insure that we protect your home while working inside of it.
