About Us
Michael Naumann, Owner and CEO of Naumann Plumbing, LLC, has been in the industry since a child. At the age of 14, Michael was given the opportunity to work with his father (also a plumber) at his grandfather's plumbing company that was established in 1960 in the Washington, DC metro area. He realized very quickly that he really enjoyed the plumbing trade. He continued to work for the family business on and off through his high school years. Upon graduating high school, Michael took on a full time position with the family business as an apprentice doing mainly residential service work.

After several years, Michael wanted to expand his knowledge beyond residential service work in which he took a position with one of the largest and most reputable plumbing companies in the Washington, DC area. Within a few months of working for this company, he quickly moved up from being an apprentice to a service technician and was running residential and commercial service calls.

In 2001, Michael was offered a promotion to the position of a Field Supervisor for the Underground Utilties Department at the company. This position entailed managing large site utility jobs, managing several men, helping to troubleshoot for the technicians in the field, and often times doing labor work on the jobs.

In 2004, Michael was offered another promotion to become the Residential and Commercial Service Manager at the company. In this position, on a daily basis he oversaw the work of as many as 30 service technicians, helped them troubleshoot problems, and made his department run efficiently and effectively, always having the customer's best interest in mind.

With thoughts of wanting to offer customers great customer service, expert workmanship, and having something that his sons could be a part of someday, Michael decided to open a business in a trade that he has always appreciated and had a dedication to. And on February 22, 2011, Naumann Plumbing, LLC was founded.

With the idea to go above and beyond and to do whatever it takes, Michael Naumann puts great emphasis on educating the customer, providing exceptional and personalized customer service, and performing expert work in a timely manner. This philosophy is what Naumann Plumbing, LLC is based on.
