Company History
D.W. Bahr Plumbing and Heating, Inc.has been serving the Baltimore Metro community for over 50 years. D.W. Bahr Plumbing was established in 1948 as a Sole Proprietorship by Daniel William Bahr Sr. In 1983 his son Daniel William Bahr Jr. purchased the company from his father and incorporated it under the name D.W. Bahr Plumbing and Heating, Inc. The owner currently manages the business with his sons, and all are actively involved in the day to day operations. Combined, they have over 85 years of experience in the plumbing industry. We are proud of the fact that we are one of the few third generation plumbing companies in the State of Maryland.

D. W. Bahr Plumbing and Heating, Inc. is a fully licensed, bonded and insured emergency service company, handling all phases of plumbing - residential and commercial. Our company promotes long term partnerships with our clients and employees, as our long term employment and long term client lists show.

We work for many different types of customers, and we are always ready to flex our business to fit their needs. Our client list consists of commercial leasing properties, residential apartment buildings, commercial retail stores, restaurants, shopping malls and many residential home owners.

We are currently licensed in the State of Maryland for plumbing, drain cleaning, gas fitting, and backflow prevention.
